FpML-BP Trade Execution messages

Based on the comments in the mailing list, I propose the following changes to the proposal:

• Name the messages (no changes in terms of content):
• TradeExecution
• TradeExecutionModified
• TradeExecutionCancelled
• Update the UML diagrams (written in MagicDraw) to show the correct properties of the message arrows
• Propose changing the name of the 'RequestQuoteResponse' message to 'Quote' in 5.0
