FpML-CD40 Final Call for Comments: CDS Basket Proposal

This version of the CDS Basket proposal is now in a final call for comments. If you have any outstanding concerns or issues with it, please raise them on this e-mail list by close of business Friday, November 11th.

 

If no unaddressed concerns are raised, the proposal will be incorporated into the next  FpML 4.2 Working Draft.

 

Additionally, if you have sample nth-to-default trades/confirmations that you would like to see represented in the FpML suggested by this proposal, please submit them to this e-mail list.
