FpML-CD Scheme support for iTraxx SovX

In preparation for the go live of the
Markit iTraxx SovX indices, I'd like to propose adding the value "iTraxxSovX"
to the standard terms supplement and broker confirmations FpML schemes.
 The following definitions would apply:

Standard Terms Supplement Scheme:
iTraxxSovX - Standard Terms Supplement
for iTraxx SovX

Broker Confirmation Scheme:
iTraxxSovX - Broker Confirmation
Type for iTraxx SovX
