FpML-CD New contractualSupplement value for iTraxxEurope

We're expecting that by the end of the year the iTraxxEurope indices will be traded under unified documentation and the existing "iTraxxEuropeDealer" and "iTraxxEuropeNonDealer" language will be gradually moved away from.  
 
To support the new trading practice I also propose that we add a new value to the contractualSupplement and brokerConfirmation schemes of "iTraxxEurope" that can be used instead of the specific Dealer/NonDealer forms.
