FPML-CWG DailyInterestCalculation: proposal

Current design: (almost) everything
optional, no relationship between components e.g. could produce principalAmount
without effectivePrincipalAmount , or spread without observedRate
or effectiveRate

Refactored using schema grammar to enforce
relationships between components (also, some renamed for clarity &
consistency):
