Each element contains a businessCenter element and a party element to represent the Business Days observed by each party to the trade. 2. A taxJurisdiction element has been added within an optional sequence under emissionsPhysicalLeg and must occur twice. Each element contains a jurisdiction element (which references a coding scheme) and a party element to represent the tax jurisdiction applicable to each party to the trade. * Actions [Carried Forward] ALL to review and provide feedback on the return swap sample trade.
