In order to support full termination, partial termination, and increase, I
have added the following types to fpml-msg-4-1.xsd within my own private
branch of the code
RequestTradeTermination
RequestTradePartialTermination
RequestTradeIncrease
Further to working group requests attached
I propose that these are added to to the public version of the code once
we have feedback from the Equity Derivative and Messaging Working groups
