on our proposed changes, the following requires attention
#1 attribute legIdentifier
We cannot have two attributes both of type xsd:ID on a complex type, so
this will have to stay as it is
#2 element makeWholeProvisions
This element introduced in WD#2 should be moved from being the last
child
of EquityOption to the choice group within EquityExercise, which should
more properly be called "EquityExerciseValuationSettlement" because it
is
provides support for all of these features, structured in three areas
1. our own equity exercise types
2. choice group supporting option ( automatic exercise, make whole for
early exercise ) or forward features ( pre payment )
3. valuation and settlement
