Non Deliverable Settlement requires reference price source and reference 
price time, 
so the current Settlement Provision type in IRD is not directly suitable

Local juristiction is a concept related to, but not the same as governing 
law, example usage is
"jurstiction china" "governing law england and wales"

PE will be reprsenting Swapswire in the security option working group

LIFFE had a stand at the ISDA AGM in Singapore, are already using 
FpML-4-2, and have made
message and equity option extension

Welcome Mark Harthan as LIFFE representative

FpML-4-3 scope should include Non Deliverable Settlement

MG investigate remaining cases of element determinationMethod using type 
xsd:string

SI provide xml example to illustrate compounding
SI propose support for notional adjustment on return leg
SI provide examples of how <determinationMethod> is used so that we can 
populate a scheme
