"My practice focuses on developing all forms of investment funds and 
negotiating derivatives transactions world-wide. I represent U.S. and
non-U.S. public and private institutions and funds with respect to 
investment management matters and derivatives transactions. My derivatives 
experience includes swaps, futures and CFTC regulatory compliance, 
securities lending, repurchase, listed and over-the-counter options, prime 
brokerage and foreign exchange arrangements.

Prior to joining White & Case I practiced at Schulte Roth & Zabel for two 
years.

Before entering private practice, I represented Deutsche Bank A.G. for 5
years as in-house counsel and worked for the bank (and its predecessor,
Bankers Trust Company) for 10 years in a compliance and documentation
specialist capacity supporting trading and derivatives teams. I oversaw
institutional asset management-wide CFTC regulatory compliance matters and
was responsible for futures, prime brokerage, securities lending and
various derivative arrangements for institutional clients of the bank, as 
well as
swaps for select clients.

During my 14 years with Deutsche Bank I learned significant compliance
and operational aspects of derivatives trading and various form 
agreements.
This experience, combined with my legal experience can assist one or more
working groups while affording me the unique opportunity to participate in
addressing current issues with the members of the working groups."
