FpML-EQD contractual-supplement and master-confirmation-type schemes are updated

Trunk(FpML 4-4) and branches/FpML-4-3 (FpML 4-3) update:

 

1)Added new values to contractual-supplement.xml:

- "ISDA2007FullLookthroughDepositoryReceiptSupplement"

- "ISDA2007PartialLookthroughDepositoryReceiptSupplement".

- Version is now 6-5

 

2) Added new values to master-confirmation-type:

- "ISDA2004VarianceSwapAmericasInterdealer”

- "ISDA2006VarianceSwapJapanese"

- Version is now 5-6

 

3) fpml-shared subschema updated with default URI of:

- contractual-supplement-6-5

- master-confirmation-type-5-6
