2. Index Disruption Proposal

Accepted at FpML Co Ord Telephone Conference 1400 LDN Mon 28 Jan 2008. 
Documentation in released version will note that an index is published, it 
is not itself a traded instrument

Questions outstanding with Pierre Lamy of Goldman Sachs regarding types, 
annotation, and documentation
