* Minutes

RM will consider a proposal for MCA updates ( annex revision )

AEJ EFS concept "relevant jurisdiction" of hedging party requires further
investigation

We require the separation of schema and coding scheme publication to cover
the many cases where a new legal agreement does not require schema changes

MTF work is important to ensure the quality of the FpML standard, but does
not directly provide new business functionality

No non backwardly compatible changes should have been made to existing
varianceLeg with ReturnSwap ( issue #659 point 1 and 2 ). Cash Equivalent
settlement is already provided for in Dividend Swap ( issue #659 point 3 )
and so element settlementType will be made optional

"FpML Google" tool written by LL has been shown at the ISDA AGM. Improved
support for specify and expressing the standard is being considered

Piers Evans will be less active in the group, as his work focus is
changing. Our thanks for his many contributions
