FpML-EQD ISDA on Demand - limited demo access granted to EQDWG

ISDA has granted the FpML Equity Derivatives Working Group limited demo access to ISDA on Demand.

 

Although the demo is limited in content, this should give the group the opportunity to evaluate the quality and most functionality of the system.

 

 

 

Follow these steps to browse the demo on your own. If needed, I could give a brief walkthrough at the next EQDWG call.

 

Step 1. Visit the ISDA on Demand demo site:

http://www.isda.org/conf/demoshop/demo.html (no userid/password needed)

 

 

Step 2. Select “Derivative Products” category (see upper right square box in following screen capture)

Note: 3 seminars are available for limited viewing (1-2 minute clips):

o    Derivative Products - Fundamentals of Equity Derivatives Seminar

o    Derivative Products - Fundamentals of Commodity Derivatives Seminar

o    FpML Training Course

 

 

 

Step 3. Under “Fundamentals of Equity Derivatives Seminar”, click “View Demo: 1” link (see bottom of following screen capture)

 

 

 

A new window pops up displaying the multimedia viewer (video of presenter + slides + info)

Notes:

-          You can interact with the viewer and the presentation slides

-          Download of conference materials (e.g., slides, agenda) is disabled in the demo (normally accessible through top right link “Presentation Materials”)

-          You need Windows Media Player 9 or above (see “? Help” link for requirements)
