1. [fpml-shared-4-3.xsd] contains the suggested new complex type.

2. <interestLegPaymentDates> in [fpml-eq-shared-4-3.xsd] uses the suggested type.

3. [eqdIntLegPeriodicDates.xml] is a sample xml.

4. I have included the proposal explanation as attached in the previous email.
