* Minutes

No feedback from the group on CFD proposal

Reference data ( coding-scheme ) and schema releases are distinct, so we should consider reference data changes and FpML-4-x releases seperately

FpML-4-7 release note was distributed to the ISDA press list. IY confirms that it has been reported in a least one specialist publication "FX time"

We wish to continue the practice of one release per quarter to meeting regulatory requirements, participant and service provider demands. We may again be in a situation where service providers have to use working drafts due to late running legal drafting and regulatory change

DS Match uses proprietary code, and so is no affected by FpML release cycle in the same way as other service providers

We have seen less legal drafting email traffic on ISDA legal email distribution lists

Latest letter to the NY Fed is in progress

EU ( Client ) Index Swap requires one additional value to be added to an Enumerated type. We wish to include this as an errata item in FpML-4-7, subject to approval, rather than having to wait for FpML-4-8 to include support for this product

We continue to make the best possible use of the current "magic string" approach to coding scheme values, for example "ISDA2008DividendSwapJapanRev1" master-confirmation-type combines ( Publisher, Original Publication Date, Product,

Geographic Zone, Revision Number )

* Decisions

1. FpML-4-8 will focus mainly on PAISS and EU Index Swap

2. FpML-4-8 WD-1 end of March 2010, LCWD end April 2010

3. Request inclusion of one additional value to be added to an Enumerated type in support of EU ( Client ) Index Swap

4. Next meeting 14:00 LDN Fri 05 Mar 2010
