FpML-IM-Custodian CDS credit seniority scheme change

Please be aware of a CDWG proposal that will replace the single value
"Senior" of scheme
http://www.fpml.org/coding-scheme/credit-seniority-1-0.xml with two
values:
   "SeniorSec" for Senior Domestic bond obligations
   "SeniorUnSec" for Senior Foreign bond obligations
