Messaging Proposals developed by the Messaging Task Force (MTF) - June 4, 2009

Goal: Over the last six months the MTF has developed close to final proposals around the following messaging topics:

  • Correlation (linking related messages) 
  • Acknowledgements
  • Exception modelling
  • Advice vs. Notification
  • Corrections
  • On behalf of
  • Trade Roles
  • Trade vs. Contract
  • Messaging Gaps

These proposals conclude the technical changes in version 5.0 (currently in its third Working Draft). We will host an open meeting on Thursday June 4 from 10 AM to 11:30 AM New York Time to discuss the proposals before working them into the next version of the standard.
