I have a suggestion: in order to save meeting time let us  include current release status header in each meeting minutes, something like:

 

Current FPML production release:

    version:                       4.3 (build 10)

    production date:           February 5, 2008

    current status:             released

    loan module content:    not included

    loan module status:      n/a

    loan module version:     n/a

Coming FPML production release:

    version:                       4.4, working draft 3

    target production date: May 2008

    current status:             last call release will be available  March 26

    loan module content:    interest, principal and fee notices

    loan module status:      message formats are finalized , schema code is frozen

    loan module version:     code: ??, specification: v.21?

Working FPML  release:

    version:                        5.0, working draft 2

    target production date:  ?

    current status:             in progress

    loan module content:    rollover, L/C notices

    loan module status:      rollover notice completed,  L/C notices under review

    loan module version:     code: ??, specification: v.22
