As working through the XSDs, discovered the
following. Please add to the agenda for the next
mtg.
- OnGoingFees:
FeeAccrualSchedule is missing the FX Rate. It is mentioned in the
requirements document, but isn't in the XSD.
- OneOffFeePayment: date
paymentDate, comment says: 'The day on which the fee is payed by the borrower
to the agent bank.', this is inconsistent with the other Notice objects in
which the date is the date the payment is between the Agent and the
Lenders. Is this really what is intended
here?
