FpML-RPTWG Requesting addition of Miriam Steinberg to the reporting working group

Chatham would like to request the addition of Miriam Steinberg to the FpML reporting working group.

 

Miriam has been with Chatham for 4 years, during which time she has, among other things, negotiated ISDA Master Agreements, confirmations, and Credit Support Agreements for end users (corporates, issuers, small to medium size financial institutions, various commercial enterprises).  Two years ago, she worked with the ISDA Accounting Working Group in its discussions with the FASB on proposed new rules for credit related disclosures to be made with respect to derivatives by public registrant entities.  Miriam currently attends meetings with the ISDA Collateral Committee which is discussing bilateral collateralization practices in response to a request from the UK FSA for a broad market review of bilateral collateral management for OTC derivatives.

Prior to joining Chatham, Miriam worked for 20 years as a paralegal in a variety of fields, including securities, tax, and real estate, for a variety of U.S. and multinational clients that report publicly in the U.S., UK and Germany.
