All,

As you know we usually meet on Tuesdays, however, I am unable to make the next 4 Tuesdays. We are, therefore, faced with a choice of having a meeting on a different day – I would suggest a Wednesday, or having our next meeting on Tuesday 2^nd June.

If you could please get back to me with your preference I would greatly appreciate it.

I am still awaiting the arrival of the date spreadsheet (re. the Financial Date Calculations) which is then to be circulated to the other working groups.
