Re: FpML-VALID FpML VWG meeting - today 9am New York / 2pm London

Quick clarification:

Issue 17: shared-27 does not allow a document to contain dates that use different time offsets. Should this rule be kept?

E.g.: A document where tradeDate=2010-01-01, exerciseDate=2011-01-01Z, and paymentDate=2011-01-01+01:00 is currently NOT valid. Should it be valid?

Issue 18:

Currently something like this is allowed

<terminationDate>
<unadjustedDate>1999-12-14Z</unadjustedDate>
<dateAdjustments>
<businessCenters>
 <businessCenter>GBLO</businessCenter>
</businessCenter>
</dateAdjustments>
</terminationDate>

The question is whether a date (in this case unadjustedDate) should be allowed to have a time offset (in this case "Z") in the presence of businessCenter. Since the businessCenter generally implies the time offset.
