FpML-VAL Val WG - Today's afternoon's meeting

All,

One of the items on this afternoon's agenda is to go through the 
outstanding issues relevant to this group (i.e. those issues in the 
Validation Rules category).  There is a large number of these - I would 
suggest far too many to go through at a sufficient level of detail in 
today's meeting,  I have, therefore, put together a VERY brief table of 
the issues attempting to categorise them, the intention being that we 
tackle these issues by category as many of the arguments will be the 
same across multiple issues.

Please accept my apologies if I have misinterpreted any of the issues.
