We currently don’t have coverage for commodity products in FpML. We are planning to launch an FpML commodities working group by early October. If you need to commodities support in the short-tem I’d recommend extending FpML in order to create your own products. Description on how to extend FpML is available at: http://www.fpml.org/spec/2004/rec-fpml-arch-2-0-2004-05-14/ Section 6.
