ISDA updates FpML code lists to Genericode 1.0 & added style sheet for presentation

The International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA) provides notice that a technical change has been made  to the basic and enhanced coding scheme catalogs and code lists. Though the content remains the same, the schema and namespace of their structure has changed to Genericode 1.0.

To present the codes and descriptions as a table in web browsers, whilst keeping the source data accessible, reference to a Cascading Style Sheet has also been added.
