Summary

Harry McAllister --

I note that, in both recordkeeping and transparency view, the annotation for element [Party]TradeInformation nonStandardTerms reads:

Specifies whether the trade contain. When the clearing status changed to the current value. This is mostly useful if the clearing status messages could be delayed from when the status actually changes; this could be important if the status date is used as the basis of any settlement calculations. terms that affect pricing that are not represented by the standard reportable data fields, that is, it indicates a bespoke trade that might otherwise appear from its characteristics to be a standardized trade but is really non-standard. The flag indicates that the price for this trade is not to be construed as being indicative of the market.

I suggest this should read something like:

Indicates that the trade has price-affecting characteristics in addition to the standard real-time reportable terms. The flag indicates that the price for this trade is not to be construed as being indicative of the market for standardized trades with otherwise identical reportable terms.
