The identifier field itself is the primary field. The agent bank which controls the facility will allocate an internal identifier to the loan contract and the lenders will store this identifier in all communications between the parties. Alternatives may include identifiers that the lenders use for their own internal processing requirements (or between custodain and investor etc). |
