The difference between Execution and ExecutionAdvice message types

Hi All, I need to understand the difference between requestConfirmation/ requestExecution and requestExecutionAdvice messages. What type I need to use if I enter trade in trade capture system but still haven’t sent it downstream for booking. So it should be available for editing. Thanks!!!
