Summary

With two exceptions*, every sample message under the recordkeeping and transparency views uses an LEI as the UTI issuer identifier (issuerIdScheme="http://www.fpml.org/coding-scheme/external/iso17442").

The CFTC has explicitly stated the the LEI will *not* be used to identify the issuer of the unique transaction identifier.

The samples must be amended to so that the issuer conforms to the style mandated by the CFTC (exactly 10 uppercase alpha-numeric characters commencing with '101' or '103'), and the issuerIdScheme is declared appropriately e.g.: 1031234567

* Examples record-ex104 & record-ex105, designed to illustrate variant forms of issuer id depending on registration status (NFA/CFTC).

updated all examples to use CFTC id instead of LEI as the UTI issuer identifier.
