In fpml-business-rules-5-5.xsd the scheme URI attribute for event types should not start with a capital letter 'E'.

    The error in the naming of the “eventTypeScheme” attribute has been fixed/committed to SVN in fpml-business-rules-5-5.xsd and fpml-business-rules-5-6.xsd
