MessageHeader.partyMessageInformation (fpml-msg-4-2.xsd) is never accessible because all of the types which restrict this base class don't restate it!

partyMessageInformation element needs to be added to the following types: NotificationMessageHeader RequestMessageHeader ResponseMessageHeader
