Summary

Please removed eventId. It duplicates conversationId. It should be removed.

There seems to be a rough consensus on this (ex Brian), so please can we discuss at the AWG.

    JPM supports the removal of eventId ( AJ, AP, MR, HMcA )

    We also note that the FpML on SWIFT CUG is confusing eventId and conversationId

    AWG meeting 2007-03-08: Before deprecating eventId, there should be some clarification about the use of conversationId and trade identification (to define a primary identifier).
