There is no indication of whether dates are unadjusted or adjusted, or whether this matters (e.g. rateFixingDate, period [start|end]Date, feePayment /effectiveDate, /paymentDate, ...)

    All dates are actual dates. The credit agreement may state schedules for various business events but the notices are a result of actual business events (post date adjustment).

    Should we be explicitly stating this…? I wasn’t sure that we need to go to the level or pre-fixing the naming of fields to adjusted……. etc. It seemed that we can document this fact instead…?

    Date elements have been annotated at the schema in order to make explicit that they are actual (adjusted) dates.
