Summary

The valuation schema defines a two referencable data containing types 'SensitivitySetDefinition' and 'SensitivitySet' but one only reference type 'SensitivitySetReference' which is defined as a 'Reference to a sensitivity set' but used by the SensitivitySet/definitionReference as 'A reference to a sensitivity set definition'.

The use of the same type to reference elements of two different types in incompatible with eCore annotations; hinders the use of code generation tools and makes validation rule ref-36 unimplementable.

A 'SensitivitySetDefinitionReference' type should be added back to the schema (it was present in 4.1 but removed in 4.2) and used to correctly type the definition reference.
